Meal For Your Freezer: Southwest Chicken & Fusilli Bake
Frozen baked fusilli pasta with chicken, corn & peppers in a southwest cheddar sauce (packed in single serving foil containers, no ingredient substitutions possible)

- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. You can either bake this pasta from frozen or thawed.
- Place each foil container of pasta & chicken directly on the middle rack of your oven. Keep the cover on.
- If frozen, bake for 20 minutes. (If thawed, bake for 15 minutes). Dip a spoon in the center of the container. If the spoon comes out with steam, then the fusilli bake is ready. If it is not steamy, bake for 3 more minutes and check again.
- After baking, remove from the oven and spoon on to a serving plate.
