- (b) Marinara Sauce
- (c) shredded mozzarella
- (d) pepperoni
- (e) romaine
- (f) caesar dressing
- (g) croutons
- (h) grated parmesan
Equipment Needed
- 13 x 9 inch pan
- spoon
- mixing bowl & tongs
Recipe Directions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit.
- You will need a 13x9 inch pan or similar for each 2 serving pizza you are making. Generously oil the pan. Remove the focaccia (a) from the package and place in the pan. Drizzle olive oil on top and lightly season with salt and pepper. Bake at 450 degrees for 6-9 minutes.
- When the focaccia is baked to your liking, remove from the oven (the dough should be slightly brown.)
- Spread 2/3 of the marinara sauce (b) over the focaccia. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese (c) and pepperoni (d) on top.
- Put the focaccia back in the oven and bake for another 13-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
- While the pizza is baking, cut the romaine lettuce (e) into bite-sized pieces and add to a mixing bowl. (The lettuce has been pre-washed). Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the caesar dressing (f) on top of the lettuce. Mix with tongs. Add the croutons (g) on top and sprinkle with parmesan (h).
- When the pizza is ready, remove from the oven. Top with remaining marinara sauce. Slice and serve with the caesar salad.
