Recipe Ingredients

  • (a) foil cups
  • (b) graham cracker crust
  • (c) cheesecake batter
  • (d) strawberry jam

Equipment Needed

  • baking tray
  • spoon

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Place the foil cups (a) on a baking tray. Spoon the graham cracker crust (b) into the cups. Use a spoon to press the crust firmly into the bottom of the cups. Place in the oven and bake for 6 minutes.
  3. Remove the baking tray from the oven and spoon the cheesecake batter (c) into the cups on top of the crust. Place the cheesecakes into your oven and let them bake for 16 minutes.
  4. After 16 minutes, remove the baking tray and let the cheesecakes cool for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. After cooling, top with strawberry jam (d).

These were amazing, served to company. One order made 4 good-sized mini cheesecakes. everyone loved them. I cooked 2 min longer than recipe (they were filled to the very top of the cupcake liner) in a cupcake tin and they were perfect. Sank in the middle but not noticeable with the jam topping.
